My son visited the trains a week ago and loved them. He brought me a the combo DVD but I cann't play it. I just bought a Phillips blu-ray player but Phillips says it's not multiregion capable.
I also tried them on two different PC's (one desktop and one new laptop) the pic is very small (not worth viewing ) and the sound is very garbled.
He was told when he bought the DVD that it was playable in the US. There is no marking on the case to indicate the region.
Any suggestions? I knew I should have gone with him.

just a quick info about our English DVD:

somehow there must have been a misunderstanding. Our English DVD currently does not have the area code for the US. So you can only play them on your laptop or PC. Aslo most blueray dvd players should be able to play it. We will have DVDs with area codes in hopefully about 4 weeks.
