Could anyone recommend a HO/OO model Station or other buildings that can be assembled without glue?

Hornby make some but they don't look very realistic as they don't have a brick texture on the walls and use stickers with bricks printed on them instead.

Have you checcked the advertisments in the leading british modelrailway magazines ?
There are other than Hornby who produce "ready to run" buildings for example readymade accessories and buildings from resin.
