I am curious how you handle airlines that change paint schemes either as a new design or as part of a merger. Take United Airlines for example. Now, that they have merged with Continental Airlines, they have a new paint scheme that is a mix of both airlines. However, United has a very large fleet and, because of this, has many planes that are still in the dark blue & grey of the mid 90's through mid 00's. So, obviously they have a mix of designs right now.

Assuming you have more than one United plane on display at any given time, would you make all of them the most current scheme or would you simply make any new planes in the new scheme and keep the old ones as they are to simulate the current reality of multiple schemes.

Or, if you only have the one United plane, will it be updated with their new look?
