YEP! They definitely need a lot of attention and maintenance. The driving mechanism is not made for permanent running like on a show layout. Most of the parts are made of plastic and brake quite easily.

Hi Erhard,i thought you might say that, and like you say wunderland is in full flow all day, unlike my fairground its only on for my own enjoyment from time to time or when the grandchildren visit.
on some of the rides i have had to adapt certain aspects of a ride with maybe a different motor or stiffened parts up.
anyway still enjoyed the fairground.
regards
stephen

Hello.
I am currently building one of these kits. I would agree that the plastic 'track' that the cars will ride on is a little more flimsy than I would expect, however I am having more problems with the cars than anything. "wheel" rollers fall out, magnet lost...

Would you know if there are replacement cars and/or parts available from Faller so that I can keep them maintained?

Thanks,

John

Yes I visited wunderland a couple of years ago and found a couple of the rides were not working. I got told they are very fiddly and high maintenance.
