However, we once had a customer from Canada who also was aparently not able to pay online until we discovered that the problem was Visa's verification process which, of course, is completely beyond our control. I'll foward your problem to our marketing dept. for further examinaton. In order to ensure your privacy and to ease this process, I'd like you send me a private message containing the transaction data (like purchase date, amount in question, items in question, etc).
